The importance of our breath has maintained through time. Techniques to focus on and work with the breath date back thousands of years. One example, emerging from the 8 limbs of yoga, as described in Pantanjali’s Yoga Sutras is “Pranayama”, or breath control. The 4th of the 8 Sutras where one could say many breathing techniques and philosophy have evolved from over time.
On Saturday March 21st, from 2-4pm, join Steve Dessimone as he guides a workshop on some of the traditional Pranayama techniques, their functionality, & application.
Admission is $ 25, and we ask to RSVP by March 17th, 2020, so to secure the event.
